ERASMUS+

Erasmus+ Mobility for CAT Staff

Employees of the Centre for Advanced Technologies (CAT) at Adam Mickiewicz University (AMU) are eligible to apply for international mobility under the Erasmus+ programme. The programme supports the development of professional competences, the internationalisation of research activities, and the establishment of cooperation with foreign research and academic institutions.

Participation in Erasmus+ enables staff to acquire new skills, gain insight into research and organisational practices applied at partner institutions, and develop scientific and project-based collaboration. Staff mobility also plays a key role in building international cooperation networks and strengthening the research capacity of the Centre.

Types of Mobility at CAT

For CAT staff, the primary form of mobility is:

STT – Staff Mobility for Training

Training mobilities aimed at enhancing professional competences through participation in training courses, workshops, study visits (job shadowing), or other forms of knowledge and experience exchange at foreign institutions.

Such mobilities may include:

      • learning new research methods and analytical techniques,
      • training in the operation of research equipment,
      • developing competences in research project management,
      • establishing scientific cooperation and preparing joint research projects.

Mobilities are carried out at institutions located in countries participating in the Erasmus+ programme. Financial support covers travel and subsistence costs in accordance with the programme rules. Mobility may be undertaken only to countries included in the list “Staff mobility (STA and STT) within Erasmus+ programme countries”, in line with current funding regulations.
